01Who we are
PPC Convert is a trading name of Firbrook Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15818376. Registered office: 7 Sunnyside, Mancot, Deeside, Flintshire, CH5 2BE.
Firbrook Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here. That means we decide how it's used and we're responsible for looking after it. For anything about your data, email declan@ppcconvert.com.
02If you ask for an audit
The audit form asks for your clinic or company name, website, town, the treatment you're interested in, what you spend on ads now, and your work email. On the audit page you can also add a phone number, your role and any notes. Our form provider records your IP address and the time you sent it, to stop spam.
We use these details to write your audit, reply to you and follow up about working together. Writing the audit is something you've asked us to do, so our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Following up afterwards is in our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), and you can tell us to stop at any time.
If you give us read-only access to your Google Ads account, we only use it to write your audit. You can remove our access whenever you like.
03If we contacted you first
We email businesses we think we could help. To find them, we use business contact details that are already public: clinic and company websites, Google Business Profiles, Companies House, and professional registers such as those kept by the Care Quality Commission and the General Dental Council.
From those sources we may hold your name, job title, business email address and phone number, and the name and address of your business. We don't collect anything about your private life.
We use these details to tell you about our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): a short, relevant email to a business about its advertising is something you could reasonably expect, and you can stop it with one word.
Reply “stop” or email declan@ppcconvert.com and we won't contact you again. We keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so it stays that way.
04If you become a client
We keep the contact and billing details of the people we work with, along with the access you give us to your ad accounts. We use them to run your campaigns, report to you and invoice you. Our lawful basis is our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)), and keeping accounting records is a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
Some of our work uses your own customers' data, for example sending booked consultations back to Google Ads so it learns who books. When we do that, we act on your behalf as your processor, and our agreement with you covers it.
07How long we keep it
- Audit requests
- Up to two years after we last spoke, unless you become a client.
- Businesses we contacted
- Deleted within 12 months of our last email if you don't reply.
- Do-not-contact list
- Your email address only, kept so we never contact you again.
- Clients
- For as long as we work together. Invoices and accounting records are kept for six years after, because the law requires it.
08Your rights
You can ask us to:
- send you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete it
- stop using it, or object to how we use it (we'll stop any marketing straight away)
- send it to you or another company in a format you can reuse
Email declan@ppcconvert.com. We'll reply within one month, and it's free.
09Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, tell us first and we'll try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
10Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal data, we'll update this page and the date below. If the change is significant and we have your email address, we'll let you know. This version was last updated on 30 October 2026.
